About This Listing

Stunning Ocean views and beach outlook. Modern beautifully renovated large 2 bedroomed unit. Open plan living area with large balcony and breath taking ocean views.

A few steps to the beautiful Surfers Paradise Beach. High level apartment up above the noise, close to restaurants, and light rail.

Guests can relax in the resorts large outdoor and indoor pool, garden area, hot tub, sauna and wellness centre.

The spacious apartment has a large open plan living area including a 55inch smart TV plus free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a king size bed in each. Sleeps a total of 4. One bedroom with balcony and ocean views has an en-suite bathroom and walk in robe. The second spacious bedroom has ocean views and accesses the main balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and shower as pictured. Fully renovated to an excellent standard of luxury finishes.

The unit has a full laundry fully equipped.
Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.
There are 2 air conditioners in the unit and ceiling fans, being east facing and high it stays cool all day.
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Strictly no smoking on balcony either.
There is also an option for basement parking for one car, please check with us for availability.

Small pets are considered if they are house trained and accustomed to apartment living.
With the 2 super sized king size beds, the apartment sleeps 4, but a small child can be additional to the 4 adults, we can provide a mattress suitable for a child.

Terms and Conditions

A reminder of our house rules:
> A copy of Photo ID is required immediately after booking. Details about your group, purpose of your trip, who is included in the booking. Cancellation may occur if not provided. Minimum age of booking guest 25yrs.
> This property is not suitable for school leavers/Hens/Bucks/parties/Events/Birthday parties - noise must be kept to a minimum, no noise after 9pm.
> Can be used only by booking guest and confirmed guests. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the owner.
> Extra cleaning fees apply for longer term bookings on exit.
> Christmas and New year is peak season, we have minimum nights policy, with no nightly gaps between bookings over this period. No check ins/outs on the Christmas New year public holidays. If you are unsure contact us to discuss your dates.

Leave the property in a neat and tidy condition similar to how it was when you checked in.
Pets need prior approval with owner, clean up after your pets and don't allow them on any furniture, any damage caused by your pet will be charged for.
No parties, no functions, no gatherings, NO Schoolies - NO exceptions.
Only Guests nominated in the booking may stay. Guests are required to advise management of any issues within 24 hours of check in. If any new issue develops it is vital that you tell management at the time in order that we can rectify within a reasonable time for you, and for the next incoming guests.
Both the house manual and instruction at the home and the full Terms and Conditions (emailed to you prior to booking ) form part of this agreement.
Lock and secure our home. No late check ins after 8pm. No noise after 9pm please be considerate to our neighbours. Strictly a non smoking home.
Christmas and New Year bookings are fixed at 1 week bookings over that fortnight period. No public holiday check ins or check outs over this period, and no gaps in booking accepted over this 2 week period.
Christmas and New Year bookings are subject to strict check in and check out criteria, all bookings during this period are subject to managements approval.
Exit cleaning and laundry fees do not cover our costs. If it takes us longer to reinstate our place for next guests due to excessive mess you will be charged to cover this time.
