By clicking on request to book, you have reviewed the property information and prices and are ready to make a booking. The ‘Request to Book’ process allows you to submit your personal information, credit card details and a send a message to the Property Manager to ‘Request to book’ their property. Please note, the ‘Booking Request’ is not a confirmed booking until the Property Manager ‘Accepts’ the booking.
WHAT DO YOU NEED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?
You are required to provide your first name, surname, email, phone number and address. When the booking request is sent to the Property Manager, only your first name is shared with the Property Manager in the booking request. CAN I ASK THE PROPERTY MANAGER A QUESTION?
Yes. You can click on ‘Ask a Question’ before submitting a booking request. This will send an email to the Property Manager. Or, when you submit a Booking Request, you have the option to include your question, or even just introduce yourself. The message will be sent with the Booking Request.
WHAT HAPPEN’S WHEN I CLICK ON CONFIRM BOOKING REQUEST?
This is the final booking request page. Here we ask for your credit card information. Holidaying with Dogs uses a payment gateway called eWAY. It is an Australian owned platform that facilitates online payments between guests and Holidaying with Dogs. eWAY are PCI DSS Compliant. The Property Manager is sent a notification which includes the details of when you would like to stay, the number of adults, children and dogs. They are required to review the booking request details and either ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ the booking request.
WHAT HAPPEN’S IF THE PROPERTY MANAGER ACCEPTS THE BOOKING?
If the Property Manager ‘Accepts’ the booking, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the booking. You will be emailed a booking confirmation. The Property Manager will be provided with your full information and contact you directly regarding access to the property and any other information relevant to your stay. If there is a refundable bond payable for the booking, this is not charged until 48 hours prior to check-in.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROPERTY MANAGER DECLINES THE BOOKING?
We encourage Property Managers to respond within 24 hours, but in some instances, it may be faster than this, or take slightly longer. At any time, you can cancel your Booking Request if you are concerned it is taking too long. Go to My Account > My Holidays. Alternatively, you can contact the Holidaying with Dogs team at info@holidayingwithdogs.com.au.
The house is set up for a relaxing holiday being fully pet and kid friendly. Centrally located at Urangan and a short stroll to the dog friendly beach. The large deck area is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing. Fully equipped with linen, towels (inc. beach towels), bathroom essentials, and gift basket.
Kids have games, books & plenty to keep them amused. Even your pets are catered for too with bed, blankets, bowls, toys and treats. Sit back and enjoy the relaxing ambience.
The space
A four-bedroom, two-bathroom fully renovated home with sleeping arrangements for 10 guests (6 Adults & 4 Children - NO MORE THAN 6 Adults will be accepted. Children are up to 14 years of age).
The Master Bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, a separate ensuite, Walk-in Robe and a TV. The Second Bedroom has a King size bed with a wardrobe & TV. The Third Bedroom has a King size bed with a wardrobe & TV. The Fourth Bedroom has Two single trundle beds (4 Singles) with a desk, books, toys & TV.
Each bathroom is equipped with your requirements.
The lounge area has extensive seating, a TV, an extendable Dining Table, a dog bed and a buffet equipped with books and games. There are board games, books and all TVs are smart TVs with Netflix, Stan etc. Air conditioning is in every room together with fans.
The kitchen comes stocked with all your needs to help you enjoy a relaxing holiday.
There is a large entertaining deck with a BBQ, Dining area, lounge and large tv. There is a Gazebo in the backyard overlooking the pool, together with a firepit.
The large yard is fully fenced with parking for boats and is fully pet secure. There is even a separate yard while gates are open.

* We ask that all pets are fully vaccinated or titre tested and on flea and tick protection.
* To avoid cleaning costs we ask you to minimise dog hair prior to departure (The vacuum is in the walk-in robe) and all pet waste is collected and placed in the grey bin provided.
* Pet destruction fee according to damage.
* There will be an additional $100.00 fee if the BBQ is not left clean.
* No smoking indoors with ashtrays supplied for outside use only.
* Smoking inside the house will incur a $200 fee.
* Extra Cleaning fee $100.00 if the house is left with dirty dishes, mess, etc.
* STRICTLY NO PARTIES: $500 fee and immediate eviction
