About This Listing

A fully self-contained studio in garden setting, separate to house and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants - including Woolies Metro, local Bowling club and our great local vet.
Just 12 mins off the M1 at Wahroonga.
Bush walks at the back of our block on which dogs permitted. Several off-lead dog parks within short driving distance.

Winnie's Studio has all you need for short or longer stays:
- 60 m2 of space with lounge, dining and kitchen
- Wifi. AC. Google TV with Netflix included.
- King size bed
- Oven, stove, microwave, full fridge.
- Wardrobe under stairs.
- Parking on the street but as we are at the start of a cul de sac of just 7 houses, it is usually available right in front of the property.

'Winnie's Studio' is in a serene garden setting conveniently located in North Turramurra, Sydney by the best hosts, Sue & Simon who are very obliging and will make your stay a breeze. Their house is separate from the studio. The studio is located a few minutes walk away from the North Turramurra shops which can boast many conveniences - great cafes,Woolworths Metro, chemist, liquor shop, hairdresser, vet and more. There is a bowling club nearby & some bush walks. The bus service is to Turramurra station and city. It is a cosy studio, tastefully presented containing everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked and there is access to Google TV plus Netflix. So well insulated, I didn't need to use heating on some Winter days. Highly recommended! Thank you so much for having me.

The studio was clean, well appointed and quiet. Parking on the street was not a problem. It was very convenient for shops and restaurants as well as Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. The people were friendly and very helpful.
