A short drive to beaches, river, parks, and walking distance to the fabulous Brick works Centre & Ferry Road Markets, a short step back from the noisy Surfers Paradise, but so close and convenient to all the Gold Coast attractions it is such a central location and is perfect for your stay.

Spacious Newly updated main bathroom with full shower, Toilet, basin with under storage unit. Additionally it has a separate guest toilet, which is great news!

This Cottage offers you wonderful accommodation for your stay on the Gold Coast. Your host is experienced and will ensure that the place is spotless and fully equipped for your comfort and convenience.

This cute cottage is really welcoming, and comfortable, a home from home set up which helps to keep your holiday expenses down, given how well equipped and detailed the contents are. The cottage offers excellent Value for Money our rates are competitive based on it's location and what it has to offer! It's a classic old Queenslander, with some really lovely updates. We always endeavour to keep it super clean! Access wise, there are 3 steps up to the front door, and a step from entry dining to lounge. Out on to the veranda, there is also one step.

We welcome families and we are Pet friendly, do let us know if you are planning to bring your fur kidz along on the trip. The gardens are compact, with a side garden/lawn below driveway, and a garden next to the pool and patio area, as pictured.

The location is really convenient and not far from the beach with some great areas to walk the dog near by:-

Walk to The Brickworks and Ferry Road markets, Dining, Gelato, Fashion, Gym, Pharmacy, Lifestyle, Fresh fruit and Veg, Deli, Butchery, Fishmonger, Best Coffee in town.

In a family suburb a step back from surfers but so convenient to get everywhere.

Walk to dog friendly park with kids playground.

WE HAVE A STRICTLY NO PARTIES - NO EXCESSIVE NOISE - NO SCHOOLIES POLICY - No Events at this home. Please do not inquire if this is your intention - no exceptions are made to this policy.

This is a family neighbourhood, however we cannot control activities on neighbouring properties.

We update our rates regularly according to seasonal demand, your booking is subject to confirmation of the rates with the owner. Pet surcharge, Short stay is between $30 to $40 per stay depending on breed. For longer stays the Pet surcharge can be negotiated, this fee partially covers our extra costs in allowing your fur kidz to stay, keeping it pet friendly and reinstating it 100% spotlessly clean for our non pet owning guests. If you are planning to bring your Pet you do need approval from the owner first, Pets are accepted with prior arrangement with the owner only, pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

Christmas is available for a minimum of 6 nights same applies to New Year. No Weekly Or monthly discounts on these peak periods. We don't accept gaps during this period so please check our calendar prior to booking or contact us to confirm your dates.

We do have 2 beautiful neighbouring properties if this one isn't available we are happy to offer the other one if your dates are free all bookings will be processed through Holidaying with dogs website. We always meet and greet.

There are neighbouring properties, it is a generally quite area but we don't have control over neighbouring properties and any activities on them.

Immaculately tidy and well presented. Loved all the little trimming such as the raisin toast, milk and butter - it was wonderful to not have to leave the house for breakfast the first morning. The Coffee machine was a bonus too! We can't wait to stay again in Summer and use the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Our every need was catered for from the time we arrived. Milk in the fridge, treats for the humans as well as the fur babies. Our host Karen was great and very helpful.

Karen was very helpful and extremely nice with all of the booking information and details. The house was lovely and had everything you could need for a lovely time away. I loved Karen's artwork throughout the home. It added such a vibrant artistic personal touch. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandchildren, in fact it was almost impossible to get them out. Had a wonderful time and the weather ended up being lovely. Thank you for a great holiday.

What a property! Our pooch loved his little break away, the treats on arrival were extra special, with the garden enclosed we didn't have to stress about him, the playground and dog park 5 minutes walk, my kids and dog were in heaven. Ideally located for all the parks, beach and eateries. Access to the property at check in super easy, would definitely book again if I'm lucky enough to get to away next year. Lovely property

Karen and Janine went out of their way to make this holiday as comfortable as possible. The instructions given were very clear, there was always someone ready to help if needed and the pool was refreshing. They even left my dog some treats and a toy which was so thoughtful and that added extra you're so grateful for. The only reason I did 4 paws instead of 5 for people friendliness is because my 16 month stayed with us and there is 1 step between the loungeroom and dining room which we had to watch her with. Other than that everything about the cottage was spectacular and we all felt very at home.

The family, including the fur baby, had a great Christmas holiday at the cottage. Lovey touches on arrival. The whole process was seamless!
