It is a quick 300m walk to the north facing golden beach of Lovers Walk. A 500m stroll to The Esplanade where you will find many shops, cafes and restaurants. Our bright and modern stylish townhouse is sure to tick all the boxes for your Island getaway. Perfect for 3 couples or 2 families holidaying together. We are also Pet-Friendly, so no one misses out during your stay. Linen and towels are supplied for you.
This two level townhouse is tastefully styled and filled with all the comforts required for a home away from home. Ocean Whispers is just 1 of 4 in the block so is very quiet and private. There is a lovely landscaped courtyard and deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, which waits for you to enjoy a meal and a quiet drink after a day at the track, beach or exploring the Coast. Watch a film with the family on the Smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix, and enjoy use of WiFi throughout the property.
The 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs along with a deck and outdoor setting. The deck and bathroom are also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy open plan living and entertainment downstairs with all the modern fixtures and fittings. Ceiling fans and plenty of cupboard space in each bedroom.

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the house.

Properties where dogs are permitted inside, and advised of such in advance, are not allowed at any time to be on the beds or furniture. Pet owners will need to ensure extra cleaning is done to remove any traces of their pets, both inside and outside the house. If our cleaners need to clean up after your pets, excess cleaning fees will be passed on to you – this may include replacement of linen if it is found your pets have been inside on any beds, and any extra treatments necessary, so please allow the extra time to clean well before you leave. They should also be up to date with all the proper vaccinations and registrations.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.
Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 48 hours prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:
Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.
Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
