WHAT DO YOU NEED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?

CAN I ASK THE PROPERTY MANAGER A QUESTION?
Yes. You can click on ‘Ask a Question’ before submitting a booking request. This will send an email to the Property Manager. Or, when you submit a Booking Request, you have the option to include your question, or even just introduce yourself. The message will be sent with the Booking Request.
WHAT HAPPEN’S WHEN I CLICK ON CONFIRM BOOKING REQUEST?
This is the final booking request page. Here we ask for your credit card information. Holidaying with Dogs uses a payment gateway called eWAY. It is an Australian owned platform that facilitates online payments between guests and Holidaying with Dogs. eWAY are PCI DSS Compliant. Read more about eWAY Technology and Security and the Holidaying with Dogs Privacy Policy.
The Property Manager is sent a notification which includes the details of when you would like to stay, the number of adults, children and dogs. They are required to review the booking request details and either ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ the booking request.
WHAT HAPPEN’S IF THE PROPERTY MANAGER ACCEPTS THE BOOKING?
If the Property Manager ‘Accepts’ the booking, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the booking. You will be emailed a booking confirmation. The Property Manager will be provided with your full information and contact you directly regarding access to the property and any other information relevant to your stay. If there is a refundable bond payable for the booking, this is not charged until 48 hours prior to check-in.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROPERTY MANAGER DECLINES THE BOOKING?
We encourage Property Managers to respond within 24 hours, but in some instances, it may be faster than this, or take slightly longer. At any time, you can cancel your Booking Request if you are concerned it is taking too long. Go to My Account > My Holidays. Alternatively, you can contact the Holidaying with Dogs team at info@holidayingwithdogs.com.au.

The Villa comprises of a queen master with ensuite, a second queen bedroom and a twin, with a family bathroom. Open plan living and dining leads out to a welcoming courtyard with a gas barbecue and a second deck area is a perfect location for a coffee or simply relaxing. Echoes also has a full-sized kitchen will all the necessary appliances and a separate laundry with washer and dryer. Free wifi and Netflix is also available for you to enjoy. All linen is provided as well as a range of pantry and breakfast items to start your stay. Your dog is also most welcome at Echoes - our home is your home - and Echoes is fully fenced and secure making it easy living for everyone's enjoyment.
Ease into the lifestyle of local by starting your morning with a short stroll to the local coffee shop and enjoying the morning paper as morning walkers, early risers and surfers pass by for a quick chat and coffee fix. Spend the morning lazing at the beautiful Fingal Bay beach or, for the more adventurous, hire a paddle board to enjoy the shallows and sea life of the bay. If the weather is right, play explorer for the day and take the walk across the sandy spit and to explore the hidden natural treasures of Fingal Island and the Lighthouse.
For fur-guests, explore the many walking trails, off-lead parks and dog-friendly beaches that are available in Port Stephens. Relax with your dog, over coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of many dog-friendly cafes and restaurants.
In the noon, enjoy the cool shade that the coastal bushland offers by following the twisting sand trails of the many coastal walking trails. Sandy tracks will take you to quiet undisturbed bays, beaches and alcoves all of your own - you may even spot a roo or two! We had a wonderful stay at Echoes! The added touches, doggie treats and welcome note from Michelle and Andrew were an added delight on arrival. This property literally has it all, modern finishings, fully equipped villa and all amenities and more. Your fur baby’s will feel at home away from home. The beach is a stones throw and Barry Park a guaranteed lookout to spot the migrating Whales. We can’t wait to get back to Fingal Bay with the dogs. Thanks Michelle and Andrew for a fantastic stay!

We recently stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful villa. Such a comfortable , clean modern villa where absolutely everything was thought about . Really appreciated the little extras the owners provided including items from the pantry and treats for our little dogs . Good location within easy proximity to local shops and beach . We would definitely love to come back again hopefully for a longer stay

My husband and I stayed with our baby and labradoodle. We had the most amazing time and only wished we booked more nights. The home was lovely, huge, clean and welcoming. The location was great and an easy 5 min walk to Fingal bay beach and the local shops. It Was so nice to find somewhere that was dog friendly and having all the nice little gestures that came along with it was such a nice and personalised touch. We will definitely be back and would love to make it a yearly holiday. Thank you to Michelle and Andrew for our stay.

Echoes is a beautiful place to stay. So clean and modern and very well equipped. 3 large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Everything was provided to make our holiday special and our two dogs are made so welcome. Plenty of room for us all. Michelle and Andrew made us feel very welcome as did the locals. Walks to the local cafes and around the area were really lovely. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Echoes, in spectacular Fingal Bay. We arrived to a modern, fresh and clean villa that provided for our every comfort. There were special touches here and there that made my heart melt. Our dog Jesse settled in very well to the place, and was excited to explore the surrounding area on some lovely walks. He was also happy to accompany us to some of the local cafes for coffee and breakfast. It was wonderful to spend this time together without having to leave our four-legged family member behind. Thank you, Michelle and Andrew, for allowing us to stay in your villa. We felt very blessed to know that you had taken the time and care to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. We had a wonderful stay at Echoes and our only regret was it was too short as we could have stayed twice as long! We felt welcomed and so did our beautiful dog Trundle with treats for him too. We loved the villa which was so tastefully furnished and fitted out and beautifully styled for our arrival. It was spotlessly clean which is so important and we give the highest praise to the owners.
