About This Listing

We are the first Victorian Caravan Park to be an Adult Only retreat. Minors under the age of 18 years are not admitted to the Park.
Location, Location, Location.
We are only 300 metres from the centre of town & the footbridge to the 90 mile beach, so all the attractions and features of Lakes Entrance are a short walk away. Our park is very quiet at night due to being away from the main highway, and also more protected from the wind than other Parks.

Clean and Affordable
Times are tough, and we understand that everyone deserves value for their dollar. The challenge we have accepted is to provide good old fashioned friendly service, highest standards of cleanliness, and reasonable pricing in order to build our reputation and fund the improvements that we wish to make.

Truly Pet Friendly.
Some Parks say they are Pet Friendly yet do not accept them during peak times. Prime has become the best choice for Guests who love their four legged family members and want them to share in the holiday fun. We offer Holiday Cottages, Cabins, and Powered Sites that allow your Pets to be with you, just like at home!

Family Owned and Operated.
You will be greeted with a friendly welcome at Prime, and if your interests are music, pets, boats, sports, cars, motorbikes or travel, then you will enjoy a yarn with us around the fire pit or in the pool. Prime is our home and we also like to relax and share a clean & tidy environment with our Guests, which has resulted in our TripAdvisor 2017/18/19 Certificate's of Excellence and 2020 Traveller's Choice Award.

Queen bed and Single/Day Bed fully made up with linen and Bath Towels provided.
