This beautiful holiday home is ideally set in a very quiet street with no passing traffic, and only a short walk to the front beach and puppy lovers will be pleased to know the OFF LEAD dog beach is only 1.5 blocks from our house....magic!

Our beach home sits on a block just under 1000 sq. metres, most of which is the fully fenced back yard, ideal for children and pups to play in, whilst keeping your mind at ease.

Split system A/C, fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences like Nespresso Machine, microwave etc. Large lounge area with top quality entertainment system, separate dining area that seats 10 and enough crockery and cutlery to set the whole table. Hot water that will never run out, this home has an instantaneous system, a must in any good holiday home.

Outdoor entertaining area: With BBQ, outdoor setting, umbrella etc. Shaded areas and fantastic lawn space for that game of chasey!

Whether it be summer or winter you will find it relaxing and peaceful, the area has plenty to do, or just go for walks on the beach you can do as little as you like or take on the many attractions in the area. Cafes, Restaurant, Pub, and shops are all in waking distance there is no need to get in your car!

But if you do ......... Peninsula Hot Springs is just up the road, why not book in for the day? Or if you enjoy your wine, there are some of the best wineries around not forgetting places like Herons wood where not only you can enjoy the gardens, take a course or just simply have an organic lunch.

Our Red Heeler, Chilli and Swedish Vallhund, Luna, are our pampered fur family and have put the houses through the paces for both small and large pups to ensure its comfy and enjoyable for your fur babies. I love to host guests who love their pups as much as we do....and look forward to hearing all about their beach adventures.........

No holiday is a true holiday without the furry family members being invited along and welcomed properly!

Your fur babies are more than welcome indoors and out (and we have 1 lovely medium doggy door - just prop the security door open so they can use DD to have the freedom to be in and out) ……with plenty of sniffling, snuffling, digging and running space in our fully fenced yard, Rye's gorgeous off lead dog beach only a short distance away to frolic in all year long, we are sure they will be very well behaved and enjoy curling up inside at the end of the day, just like they would at home.

We don't stress the small stuff, a collection of toys are for sharing, and can be chomped on to their hearts content - note: we don't include dog beds but these can be easily provided if needed, just ask!

We ask that you put blankies on any couches to avoid muddy paw prints and "wet tushie" moments as its hard to prepare house for next guests with any stains on furniture without it becoming expensive to call dry cleaners in (don't stress about any loose hairs, we take care of that)......snuggle them into your doona if they love being with you all night long (bedding is changed over every stay, so enjoy every comfy moment)....we firmly believe life is better with puppy kisses every morning!

You know the check out drill… clean up any "oopsy moments" indoors, tell me if something needs to be replaced or if some stains occurred that need special treatment BEFORE your exit, pick up ALL poop before you leave (nobody likes those nuggets left behind and our cleaners cant patrol the gardens fully) – but most importantly, treat our house like your house, and enjoy!
