By clicking on request to book, you have reviewed the property information and prices and are ready to make a booking. The ‘Request to Book’ process allows you to submit your personal information, credit card details and a send a message to the Property Manager to ‘Request to book’ their property. Please note, the ‘Booking Request’ is not a confirmed booking until the Property Manager ‘Accepts’ the booking.
WHAT DO YOU NEED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?
You are required to provide your first name, surname, email, phone number and address. When the booking request is sent to the Property Manager, only your first name is shared with the Property Manager in the booking request. CAN I ASK THE PROPERTY MANAGER A QUESTION?
Yes. You can click on ‘Ask a Question’ before submitting a booking request. This will send an email to the Property Manager. Or, when you submit a Booking Request, you have the option to include your question, or even just introduce yourself. The message will be sent with the Booking Request.
WHAT HAPPEN’S WHEN I CLICK ON CONFIRM BOOKING REQUEST?
This is the final booking request page. Here we ask for your credit card information. Holidaying with Dogs uses a payment gateway called eWAY. It is an Australian owned platform that facilitates online payments between guests and Holidaying with Dogs. eWAY are PCI DSS Compliant. The Property Manager is sent a notification which includes the details of when you would like to stay, the number of adults, children and dogs. They are required to review the booking request details and either ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ the booking request.
WHAT HAPPEN’S IF THE PROPERTY MANAGER ACCEPTS THE BOOKING?
If the Property Manager ‘Accepts’ the booking, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the booking. You will be emailed a booking confirmation. The Property Manager will be provided with your full information and contact you directly regarding access to the property and any other information relevant to your stay. If there is a refundable bond payable for the booking, this is not charged until 48 hours prior to check-in.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROPERTY MANAGER DECLINES THE BOOKING?
We encourage Property Managers to respond within 24 hours, but in some instances, it may be faster than this, or take slightly longer. At any time, you can cancel your Booking Request if you are concerned it is taking too long. Go to My Account > My Holidays. Alternatively, you can contact the Holidaying with Dogs team at info@holidayingwithdogs.com.au.
Sabina on Little Myers can accommodate 1-6 guests. The home allows guests to occupy the whole house and gardens, giving total privacy, relaxation and a home away from home experience. It is a sophisticated accommodation base for your stay in Geelong. Tucked away in the quieter part of the town, it's an exquisite house for a romantic weekend, relaxation and rejuvenation, a family holiday, visiting family and friends and ideal for wedding guests/family, friends or the bride and groom. Noise levels must be inaudible from neighbouring properties between 10pm and 8am Sun-Thu, and between 11pm and 9am Fri-Sat.
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details
Damage must be reported during your stay and a fee may be deducted from your bond.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy state without the need for extensive, excessive cleaning. You are responsible for all cleaning charges in the event that the property is left in a state that requires more than reasonable cleaning.
No more than 2 dogs are permitted per booking.
• Pets entering or staying at the property must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• We would appreciate your pet being vaccinated, wormed and receiving flea treatment prior to visiting our property.
• House trained pets are allowed inside but not on the furniture and beds.
• Please supervise your pet at all times.
• If your dog is prone to barking, please do not leave it unattended where it may disturb our neighbours.
• Pet owners agree to indemnify Sabina on Little Myers from all injury or damage caused by your pet.
• Please clean up after your pet and dispose of the waste in the outdoor “Pet” bin, using plastic bags provided.
• Should extra cleaning be required or damage occur during your stay, a fee will be charged.
We highly recommend Sabina for its location, fittings and fixtures, cleanliness, provisions and overall ambiance. Both humans and dogs will consider this a luxury home away from home.
