We are celebrating our 10 year Anniversary 2013 - 2023 !!

Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley between the Pokolbin vineyards and Barrington Tops. "THE WATTLE LODGE" is located on a peaceful 100 acre cattle grazing property with landscape views to soak up!. Eco-friendly accommodation, complete with rainwater tank and solar hot water.Kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, bench-top oven & hot plates, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine with outdoor clothes line. The living area has reverse- cycled air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a CD player. Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom come with en suite,includes a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer.Guests here can relax on the private deck with 4 burner bbq & outdoor dining setting and lounge.

Spend the day exploring the Hunter Valley wineries,restaurants , go Horse riding, Hot Air Ballooning or take a private wine tour.
Take a picnic and visit the Barrington tops - Allyn River state forest or visiting historic Morpeth, Paterson and Dungog. SO MUCH TO SEE and DO!!

Ask us for recommendations for restaurants, cafes and cellar doors to visit with your dog whilst staying with us.

The Wattle Lodge Glendon Brook is a 25-minute drive from Singleton and a 40-minute drive from Pokolbin. Sydney is 2.5 hrs drive via Hunter Expressway!

Love the Wattle Lodge! Sam and Patch had a super time too. So relaxing and peaceful. Lots of room in the playrun for the boys. The view is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Comfy bed and aircon for a hot day topped it off nicely. Thank you....we will be back. Jude and Ed

Thanks for a relaxing few days in the country. It was a well earned rest for us & our fury child “Curtis”. Beautiful view out to the valley, nothing like some peace and tranquility to rejuvenate the soul.

Quaint two bedroom cottage with fantastic views. Very comfortable accomodation and tastefully decorated. The hosts are lovely country folk. My dog had great weekend away.

The place was easy to find, clean and well appointed. The dog yard was great to know our girls were secure but could still see everyone/everything including the friendly cows that came to meet them. The best part about this place are the views, absolutely beautiful and so lovely to wake up each morning. Winn is an absolute delight, a very kind and warm host. We'd love to come back!

A warm welcome from Winn kicked off a relaxing week at the secluded Wattle Lodge. I had a great time exploring the region and coming back to the Lodge in the afternoons to sit on the verandah and take in the glorious views. My dog Mia absolutely loved the 5-star doggie run as well. The Lodge is very comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic to listen to the birds in the early morning and watch the stars at night!
