Goldie is a fabulous 2 bedroom family apartment that sleeps 5 & is lovingly renovated. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a family wishing to holiday with their pet. Easy access to Biggera Waters beach via a private walkway provides stunning views of South Stradbroke Island. We sit north of Southport & only 15 mins from Surfers Paradise. Harbour Town shopping centre is a short 5 min drive. We are perfectly positioned for all Gold Coast Theme Parks, making us the perfect location!
The unit is bright & modern comprising of 2 bedrooms, Queen bed and a Double bunk. The lounge is open plan and the kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. A walk in glass free bathroom with a gold rain shower and fittings and a separate toilet. Our apartment has 1 oversized large sunny courtyard perfect for families/couples to relax, easy access to the pool;. This is a large shaded area with an outdoor setting that seats 6 gated and fully secure if bringing your pets.
Bedroom 1. Queen bed with fresh white linen and soft furnishings. The queen mattress has a pillow top for added comfort and hotel quality sheets providing you with a great night’s sleep. Mirrored wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds. A double bunk that sleeps 2 on the bottom and a one on the top. Mirrored wardrobe and turbo floor fan.
The Euro style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Features include stone bench top, ceramic glass touch hob, combi oven/ microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Also we have an Expressi multi-beverage capsule machine for those of us that LOVE our coffee. Plenty of cupboard space and a front loader washing machine. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar are provided, along with a few other staples.
The Lounge room is air conditioned with a 3 seater & 2 seater leather lounge and a large wall mounted TV.
The bathroom is a modern glass free spacious area; tiled from floor to ceiling with a rain shower and gold fittings. Supplied with fresh towels and complimentary shampoo & shower gel.
Parking is optional. Should you choose to park onsite, there is ONE carport parking spot available at the rear of the complex suitable for a medium size car. Height: 2.3m clearance. Larger vehicles can be parked here but just require care. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street.
Guest access
You have full private access to the entire unit, including the gated courtyard. This apartment is situated in a small older style building. It is a private complex of 8 apartments which has a communal pool that is available for use by our guests.
Pets: Pets are most welcome. Please do not leave your dog unattended or alone. Noisy dogs cannot be left home alone.
