> Excessive noise, parties or functions are NOT permitted. Guests must not engage in anti-social behaviour or create offensive noise at any time of the day. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. We do not accept bookings for bucks nights, hens nights or similar. Penalties apply for noise complaints or anti-social behaviour requiring attendance by our Security Patrol.
> All properties are strictly NON-SMOKING.
> On departure, premises MUST be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may incur excess cleaning charges. A cleaning fee will be charged for unclean BBQ’s and tipping fees for excess rubbish.
> Dogs are allowed inside, but not on the furniture or bedrooms.
> Please prevent your dogs from chasing the wildlife

About This Listing
McFarlane Street in Robe is a modern, light, and airy property suitable for 4 people and 2 dogs.
There are two rooms, one with a queen bed and the 2nd with two singles that can join to make a double bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and full oven. WiFi is included and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
It is perfectly situated within walking distance (approx 1km) to supermarkets, cafes and pubs, and also Hooper Beach and Town beach. West Beach is also nearby and is an off-lead beach for dogs all year round.
The front verandah is a lovely spot to enjoy a book on a sunny afternoon and there are berries to pick just outside the front door. The main bedroom opens onto the verandah to welcome a cool breeze through the house on a warm day.
There is an undercover car park with a long driveway suitable for boats or trailers.
The house is set on a good-sized private block with the deck, mature fruit trees, a lawn area and is fully enclosed for your dogs to explore.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION TERMS
In the event of a government-mandated lockdown that restricts your ability to travel, we will:
> offer a full booking credit will be applied for the same property, OR
> offer a full refund
Please understand how your booking and payment could be affected should this occur.
BOND POLICY
There is a $200 bond associated with each reservation. This is deducted 48 hours prior to arrival and held for the duration of your stay.
Reasons bond may with withheld are:
> damage to the property, both interior and exterior that result in a direct cost to the owner
> excess cleaning above and beyond the usual that results in a direct cleaning cost to the owner
> Cancellations within 60 days of the stay are NON-REFUNDABLE.
> Bookings cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date are refundable less –
> Cancellation fee of $175.00.
> Transferring of dates for the same Property is also an option, and the tariff may vary depending on seasonal dates. Transfers may attract a $70.00 transfer fee.
