About the home *
“Alumuna” is a delightful pet friendly single-storey family home in Cape Woolamai just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas *
The central open plan kitchen/dining/living room has a smart tv and provides access to all the other rooms. There are three good sized bedrooms, a separate laundry and a main bathroom with toilet and shower.
Outdoor Areas *
There is a covered wrap-around deck on the front and side of the home. There is a covered deck on the rear of the home, stepping down to an open air entertaining deck area with table & chairs for 6, plus outdoor couches for six. The entire block is enclosed which is perfect for children and pets, plus there is an outdoor shower for washing off after a trip to the beach. The separate single garage (with clothes dryer) provides parking for one car and the long driveway ennables up to three more vehicles (car or boat) to be parked on the premises.
Kitchen *
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems *
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Living/Kitchen/Dining room. There are also portable fans and heaters in each of the three bedrooms.
Bedding Configuration *
"Alumuna" is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two Single beds
Linen *
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted) pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this optional linen. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of 30 per king/queen/double bed and 15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.
Peak Periods *
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies *
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
