About This Listing

Our place is a retro 50s beach house in Sawtell. The garden is fully fenced .
There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, spacious kitchen and sunny sitting and dining area.
Please bring your own dog bed and beach towels.
The house is 5 minute walk to a dog beach (Murray’s beach), which is dog friendly. There is also Boambee creek a short distance away which is fully off leash.
Sawtell village is a 20 min walk to wonderful
Coffee shops and cafes, restaurants , post office, cinema and other shops.

A reservation is officially cancelled by the guest when they click the cancellation button on the Active Holidays page.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Holidaying with Dogs within 24 hours of check-in.
Transaction fees always apply and will be covered by the cancelling party
- The guest will receive a full refund only if the Property Manager cancels the booking any time prior to check in
- The guest will receive a refund of all fees except the transaction fee if the Guest cancels the booking any time prior to the ‘cut-off’ time specified in the cancellation policy
