About This Listing

Park Home with Courtyard

This park home is a converted caravan with an extension and offers basic style accommodation and caters for up to 5 people. Beds suit 3 adults and 2 children under 12.

Equipped with all the necessities you need to allow for a comfortable stay, this park home also comes with a private courtyard!
Please Note: This Cabin has a shower and vanity but NO TOILET. Guests will use the shared ablutions close by.

PETS ALLOWED
Pets are allowed (max 1 dog ) in this cabin for an additional cost of $20 per night per pet.
This supplement covers additional cleaning, pet bowls, Kennel, and blankets.

Internet WIFI “Hot Spots”
Wi-Fi antennas are located throughout the park providing complimentary access to guests. Wi-Fi ‘Hot Spots’ are located at the Games Room and Pool Area. Please be aware that although you may have access throughout the park, there are black spots at various locations around the park and Wi-Fi may be limited in these areas.

No wet dogs in cabins
Never leave your dogs unattended
Please pick up after your dog, we provide biodegradable poo bags in our doggy gift bag
Dogs are not permitted in pool areas
No pets on furniture or bedding, please
Dogs MUST be on a lead at all times when outside the cabin/courtyard
Guests are liable for any damage or personal injury that occurs directly or indirectly by their pet. Any losses will be charged to the guest
Pets must be well mannered and up-to-date with vaccinations
If the Manager considers that your pet has or may act in an aggressive, dangerous or destructive way then he/she has the right to terminate your stay without refund or reimbursement.
Some of our Glamping sites and Park Cabins are pet-friendly and are open for guests from End of September to June each year. Whilst we will allow pets in the village (apart from 23rd Dec to 20th Jan this year 2021 only) , we do not allow pets in any of our villas.

We hope you have a great stay with your pet, and we ask that all pet owners adhere to our pet-friendly rules:

No washing of Dogs or their bedding in laundry sinks or washing machines.
Excellent dog wash at Busselton Prowash Car and Dog Wash, 18 Peel Tce, Busselton (behind McDonald's).
Monty’s Place provides doggy daycare and grooming
