About This Listing

A unique airy home in the heart of rosebud! 600M walk to the beach and main street, close to the famous Peninsula Hot springs, Wineries, Arthurs seat Eagle and much more for families/couples and singles to do.
Our home has a large front deck, 3 good sized bedrooms, large lounge room , back dining area with sliding doors that open onto the back deck, perfect for a BBQ and gated yard for your dog ( Just check with us first).

We provide a breakfast box (cereals/milk/pancake mix)& Choccies!
The space
The most unique looking house on the street!
Our house fits 6 adults or (4 ad 4 kids U15 Yrs) comfortably.**We only take guests over the age of 21 years ** Modern & spacious with 3 bedrooms, large equipped kitchen, back dining room that opens up onto the back deck & bbq & yard which includes a swing set for the kids to enjoy.
Large sundrenched front deck & spacious bathroom.
3 bedrooms consist of
Queen bed in master
Double bed in 2nd room
Double bunk / single on top for 3rd bedroom and a small single trundle bed
We have a keysafe for your ease of check in no key collection all at your leisure on property.
**We can provide hampers for full breakfast / special occasion / wine, cheese / sweet treats ask me about them and cost, will save you time and make your stay that bit more relaxing **

We have a keysafe to retrieve keys and code will be sent day before you arrive and i am available by email or phone.
Other things to note
2-7 night minimum depending on time of the year . Ask for a discount if staying longer than 7 nights :)
Linen included along with towels and bath mat.
