About This Listing

Tabitha Hill Villa is a comfortable and conveniently located 4 bedroom, pet friendly home.

Sitting on one acre of groomed, semi-residential land with views to Mount View on one side and the Watagan Ranges looking on from a distance in the other. And, at Tabitha Hill Villa we want the entire family to enjoy a getaway, so we welcome your dogs with open arms. We can even refer you to some of our preferred cellar doors and cafes that are equally as happy to share their space with you and your furry family members.

The villa has 4 bedrooms. The master offers queen sized bed and en suite. 2 of the remaining bedrooms also have queen sized beds and the last 2 king singles. There is a family bathroom and separate toilet as well as a fully equipped laundry. The villa is also completely air conditioned across all areas.

The kitchen has everything needed to make yourself comfortable in your home away from home. Fridge/freezer, range, microwave, kettle, toaster and dish washer. All the glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils needed to prepare meals is at your finger tips and there is a gas BBQ on the covered rear deck. If you need additional supplies or fresh produce then the Cessnock CBD is 6 minutes away or the little village of Bellbird just 2.

Sleeping 8 the Villa is a budget freindly option for a group of friends or 2 families to enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer. Do you have more than 8 guests? Then combine Tabitha Hill Villa and Tabitha Hill Cottage to sleep up to 14!
