About This Listing

I only have 3 weeks during September and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year available at this home. There are minimum stays of 7 nights in September with discounts for longer stays. At Christmas there is a 2 week minimum stay. a 4th bedroom can be made available at Christmas on request.
This home offers a resort style outdoor entertaining area with pool and large undercover private deck.
3 bedrooms with 2 luxurious bathrooms
Open plan living space that opens up via bi fold doors onto the undercover deck and pool.
Smart TV and unlimited wifi for guest use.
Double car port with additional 2 car spaces.
Located in the heart of Coolum Beach within a 15 minute flat walk to the beach and town and 20 minute drive to Noosa or Maroochydore.

Prices includes cleaning fees and linen.
The entire home is yours.

Our beach houses are ideal for a holiday with your dog for the following reasons:
• The dog walking beach is just a 10-minute stroll away at Stumers Creek. Other dog walking beaches are located at nearby Peregian and Yaroomba Beaches.
•Grassy unfenced area for your dog to play in at the rear of the home. A fully fenced area of synthetic grass around the pool and gardens surrounding the deck for you to leave your dog safely.
• Shady areas for your dog’s comfort.
• Outdoor water hoses and shower to wash down after walks on the beach.
