Brandy is a ground floor apartment, tastefully refurbished and fitted with all new modern appliances such as a 55inch LED TV. The apartment has a minimalistic feel, bright, airy and modern comprising of 2 bedrooms, an open plan lounge and a Euro style kitchen; an industrial design bathroom including a rain shower and a separate toilet. Our apartment has 2 sunny courtyards front and back, perfect for families & those wishing to holiday with their pet. The rear larger courtyard has synthetic turf & an awning which is gated & fully secure if bringing your pets.
All rooms including bedrooms are equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and remote control fans for your comfort.
You have full private access to the entire apartment including the front & back sunny courtyards. This apartment is situated in a small, private complex of 8 apartments which has a communal pool that is available for use by our guests.
The Euro style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Features include stone bench top, ceramic glass touch hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Also we have an Expressi multi-beverage capsule machine for those of us that LOVE our coffee. Plenty of cupboard space, a front loader washing machine and a full sized black glass fridge with ample fridge and freezer space to cater the needs of a large family. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar are provided, along with a few other staples.
The bathroom is a wonderful glass free spacious wet area tiled from floor to ceiling with an industrial feel. This bathroom is dimly lit and designed to help you unwind and relax. Supplied with fresh towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
Parking is optional. Should you choose to park onsite, there is ONE carport parking spot available at the rear of the complex suitable for a medium size car. Height: 2.3m clearance. Larger vehicles can be parked here but just require care. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street.
Directly opposite the car port is the private pathway to the dog friendly beach and esplanade, a 2 minute walk from your door.
We will endeavour to greet our guests upon arrival but as this is our holiday home we have installed smart locks keyless entry. Guests will be provided with an access code that will be valid for the duration of their stay. Instructions will be provided approx 24hrs prior to check in. We are contactable between the hours 8am - 8pm unless it is an emergency.
