About This Listing

Hamer House serviced accommodation is your 'home away from home' offering the best value apartments in the heart of Orange.
Whether you are visiting Orange for work or pleasure, you will find Hamer House equipped with everything you need.
Ideal for those travelling to attend family gatherings, wedding parties & sporting events or working in Orange.
Hamer House is located in quiet Hamer Street close to Cook Park and local cafes, restaurants and wine bars.

The house consists of two separate apartments - 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Each apartment is fully self contained and separate but both accessed via the same entrance door and shared hallway.

Our 2 bedroom downstairs apartment consists of combined living and dining, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate bath and shower, separate toilet and Queen bedroom with an additional Queen bedroom located just outside the apartment off the shared entrance hall.

Our 2 bedroom upstairs apartment consists of a large combined living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate bath, shower and toilet and 2 Queen bedrooms. We can add a single bed within the living area as well as to the bedrooms to cater for additional guests.

A shared laundry is located downstairs.

- Our rates apply all year round. We DO NOT charge more for long weekends and special events.
- We welcome longer term stays and regular bookings and offer competitive, reduced rates.

Reduced rates are available if you are working in Orange and looking for short term accommodation or weekdays from Monday to Friday.
