About This Listing

Break Point is a 3 bedroom pet friendly house. Just 5 mins drive from Merimbula, Break Point offers guests a relaxing beach haven set away from the hustle and bustle of Merimbula.

This house is newly built and features a master suite with a Queen bed and ensuite. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has 1 x double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 x bunk beds (4 beds).

There is an additional sitting area downstairs with a lounge, extra TV and a second air conditioner. In addition to the ensuite, Break Point has large master bathroom downstairs.

At the heart of this gem is an open plan cooks’ kitchen with all the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a dining area and large lounge room. Doors from the open plan living space open out onto a beautiful balcony with a private dining space, 2 Person Spa, BBQ and ocean view.

There is a small fenced courtyard which means that you can bring your pet on holidays. Please note that your pet is to be kept strictly outside.

Finally, Break Point has a double lock up garage & off street parking.
