About This Listing

Bungo Beach House is as the name suggests, a great place to hang out at the beach!

Four bedrooms + a second living area which has a sofa bed. The house is fully equipped with all of life's modern conveniences. With reverse cycle air-conditioning for the warmer months and a wood fire place so you can enjoy our beach house all year around. Bungo Beach House is set-up to entertain for larger families including 3 x flat screen t.v's, Free WiFi, gaming consoles, games and activities for the kids. Don’t forget the four legged kids, there is a large fully fenced secure yard.
As you pull up into the driveway you will straight away feel the sensation of being away from the City. The is an outdoor lounge on the front balcony with a bar style hand rail with stools to enjoy the morning sunrise overlook the water and town of Eden.
Enter through the front door and to the left you will find the main bathroom and 2x main queen bedrooms one with a flat screen Tv. To your Right you will find a cosy living area with plenty of seating, a second flat screen Tv and DVD player, the living area flows through to the dining room and kitchen area with a large dining table, full sized fridge/freezer and gas cooktop.
Towards the back of the house you will find the second living area equipped with plenty of seating areas, bean bags, a flat screen TV and gaming console, There is also the 2x single bedrooms that come off the second living area. The perfect area to keep the kids entertained. Towards the back of the house you will find the second bathroom and laundry. Open up the back doors out on to our large covered balcony and enjoy a BBQ on the deck with plenty of room for all.

You are welcome to bring your pets with you. Although we don't encourage you to leave your pets alone, Bungo Beach House boasts a fully fenced yard. Please note that you will need to bring bedding for your pets.

There is also a sofa bed in the second living area for an additional 2x people

Linen and bath towels are supplied however we do ask you to bring your beach towels.

There is off street parking for a few cars and good sized boat. Bungo Beach House offers visitors a comfortable, relaxing haven by the sea.

Terms and Conditions

1. The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the receipt. (Extra charges apply).
2. If extra bathroom or bedroom linen is required during your stay, extra charges will apply.
3. Smoking is NOT permitted in property. Failure to abide by this term will result in a cleaning fee taken from your rental bond of $150.00 without notice.
4. Cleaning Charges: This is not a serviced property, excessive cleaning charges will be taken from rental bond, where cleaning staff are left to wash or dry or put away crockery, cutlery, pots or pans that are left by any tenant after departure (cleaning products are supplied for this purpose) also where the property is left in an excessively untidy state.
5. The booking for your stay can be extended subject to room availability.
6. Booking Policy

b. Please note that your booking may be cancelled if your final payment is not made by the due date.
7. Your stay is strictly “room only”.
8. No liability is accepted for delivery of service that is received from the booking and no refund is available if quality of the unit, complex or service is in dispute.
9. No responsibility is taken for occupants personal property left on the premises.
10. All breakages, damage or lost keys are to be reported to management.
11. Persons at the property shall conduct themselves in a manner that is not a nuisance to other occupiers. Children must be supervised at all times. Strata Title By-Laws and Regulations must be observed.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
13. Each property either has a keybox or keyless entry. As long as we have a valid Australian mobile number, you will receive an SMS (text message) with the access code on your arrival day. If you do not have an Australian mobile number please call our office on arrival for these details. If you are arriving late, you will need to call before 6pm.
14. Bookings are taken in good faith on behalf of the property owner. At times situations arise of which Eden Holiday Rentals has no control. We cannot be held responsible for cancellation or changes made by the owner. The description of the premises by the agent is made in good faith and no responsibility for misrepresentation can be accepted.
