Setting directly opposite the Moonee Valley Racecourse and boasting views of both the racetrack and Melbourne’s city skyline, MVV is sitting in a quiet residential area yet everything our guest need is at hand. Restaurants and shopping facilities, including Puckle Street café strips, Moonee Ponds Central, are within close proximity. Nearby recreational facilities include Queens Park, golf courses, tennis courts and bike paths. It has easy access to the inner city universities such as RMIT, Melbourne and Victoria Universities. The Carlton Gardens, Royal Children’s, Melbourne and Royal Women’s Hospitals are only a short tram ride away.

There are plenty of complimentary on site secure parking. Some townhouses even have private garages. Almost all forms of Public Transport are close by.
