Parker Lodge is a dog friendly 2 bedroom country home situated a convenient 10 minutes stroll from Maldon town centre.

Enjoy a relaxing time away in this spacious home with fully equipped open plan kitchen, living and dining areas acting as an entertainment zone.

Equipped with TV, DVD player and Wii along with a selection of board games books, DVDs and Wii Games.

In the cooler months, curl up on a comfy leather couch in front of the open fireplace with a good book and a hot cuppa.

In the warmer months, simply relax on the deck and enjoy a BBQ.

Master bedroom features queen sized bed with electric blanket and quality linen, freestanding wardrobe , blanket box, direct access to central bathroom and French doors opening to the deck.

Second bedroom features queen sized bed electric blanket and quality linen , build in robe and large windows with garden views.

Terms and Conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit of $100 non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 11 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Smoking within the cottage is not permitted. Balcony area smoking permitted.
Pets are most welcome please advise what pet you would like to bring for approval. A $30 cleaning fee applies.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.Please enter your terms and conditions here if needed.

Very modernised house and interiors modern kitchen,mostly everything you need to stay a few days. Reverse cycle air conditioner and open fire place makes the whole room nice n toasty on these current winter nights. Firm, comfy beds . My dog Obii loved the front and back yards,( he fully recommends this pace to Other Airedale Terrier families ) even the idea to have the left and right side gates open to run freely around the house. Lots of sticks to chew.

Very comfortable, everything you need for a few days away. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Good secure yard for the puppies.
