A large and stylish Victorian House, close to cafes and shops, suitable for a couple, a group, or a celebration for one of life's milestones. Fairbank House offers climate control , free wifi, open fire, extensive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, and well-appointed accommodation in a large secure garden. Enjoy all Maldon has to offer in your home away from home. It's self-catering, with plenty of provisions to get you started.

The fully refurbished master bedroom has a queen size bed, ample storage, and a miner's couch at the end of the bed allows for relaxation.

There is a full bathroom ensuite with a large bateau bath, travertine tiles, and natural rock trim. Fairbank offers quality appointments throughout.

The second bedroom is also queen, with a 'wetroom' and a walk in shower, suitable for use by someone who is disabled.

The third bedroom, a twin, has the main bathroom, with a deep spa bath and separate shower, and toilet.
