Hillcrest Farmhouse is one of the oldest original homes in Eaglehawk Neck Set in a sunny position surrounded by the rolling pastures and hills of a working Beef Cattle farm.
The self contained home has been extended over the years and has three bedrooms, one queen, one with two king singles and a lovely sunroom overlooking the farm and hills beyond.with four singles beds.
There is a large lounge which is comfortably furnished and has a free standing wood stove for cold nights and reverse cycle air conditioning for added comfort
A separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with full stove complete the living area. Views of the farm and surrounding hills can be seen from all rooms
The bathroom has toilet,hand basin, bath with overhead shower. Two separate toilets and laundry add to the comfort of those who want to stay for longer periods
All linen and towels are provided Cot and high chair on request with cot linen supplied at no extra cost
Complimentary Breakfast Provisions are provided for the first night
Families with young children enjoy watching the farm activities and we welcome pets as we have many of our own. The safe fenced garden area is a great place for children to play in and an outdoor setting and B.B.Q under the weeping willow is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing summer evening after along day.out.
The area is a well known for its tuna and game fishing and we cater for large parties of fishermen with ample parking for cars and boats,including a wash down area. The launching ramps and jetty being just ten minutes away.
Our wide sandy ocean beach offers plenty of enjoyment for the sun lover with swimming surfing ,beach combing or just wading in the cool shallows of the ocean. Rock pools at low tide are a delight for children.
