About This Listing

Not just for pet lovers, our welcoming, weatherboard cottage with polished floorboards,is walking distance to Healesville's mainstreet with its cafe's,restaurants and shops.

A full kitchen with fridge,microwave,dishwasher,electric oven,gas cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine is also supplied with coffee,tea,milk and locally made biscuits plus many little extras.

You can shop at local deli or farmers markets and create a delicious meal to enjoy at the cottage or dine out at one of the award winning cafes & restaurants in the township.

The lounge/dining room includes two leather couches,television, dvd player and is kept warm or cool with a split system. There is free wifi and a selection of dvds, books,magazines and games for your use when its rainy or in the evenings.
Childrens' books and games provided so they can enjoy their stay too.

The two main bedrooms each have a queen bed,split systems and ceiling fans, while the third bedroom has a single bed and room for a portacot. For extra warmth in bedroom area, a portable heater is supplied. All beds are set with cosy doonas and electric blankets.
The clean and modern bathroom has both shower and bath with towels supplied.

A spacious,covered deck at the rear of the house will be the perfect place for a glass of wine or an outdoor meal while watching the local birdlife around the property.
Overlooking the garden and semi-rural properties, the deck is protected from the weather by bistro blinds and has a gas bbq, timber table setting and comfortable outdoor lounge.

PET FRIENDLY
By prior arrangement and permitted inside under supervision only.

Fully fenced and spacious garden means you can bring your dog along for a holiday too.
Not permitted in bedrooms or on inside or outside furniture.
Kennel ,hammock bed and food bowls & water bucket provided for your pet.

RATES:
Two night minimum. Long weekends- three night minimum School holidays- 3 night minimum
Standard rate for two guests/one room- Sunday-Thursday $200 per night
Friday & Saturday $250 per night
Two guests requiring two queen rooms- add $100 per stay.
Weekly rate( two guests) $1200
Extra adults- $50 per night Extra children (under 12ys) $25 per night

Cottage is @ 1km to local hotel,3km to Rochford Winery, 5km to Healesville Sanctuary

I really felt at home here. The property is very well appointed and you can easily find places indoors and outdoors to relax. The place provides games and toys for kids and fur kids too. We would definitely consider staying here again.
