About This Listing

Bed of Roses is bed and breakfast accommodation with a difference. It is fully self contained with breakfast provisions. You can have breakfast when you choose in the privacy of your own retreat. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook your own meals. You'll find everything you need here making it a home away from home.

An indoor garden gives Bed of Roses a special peaceful ambience. Outdoor features include an extensive rose garden and a private outdoor area with barbeque.

This accommodation is suitable for holiday makers, business travellers or special occasions such as weddings. Perfect for the romantic getaway or for a family get together.

We have two queen size beds plus a couch that converts to a bed. The lounge room is comfortable with TV/DVD/stereo. If you like to indulge yourself, massage treatments are available at "B&B Massage" at rear of the property. "Hot Rock Massage" is Cathie's specialty. You can top it all off with a spa! Sounds great doesn't it?

Bed of Roses is located in a quiet area of Swan Hill. If you are interested in the races, the racecourse is within walking distance. Other attractions such as the Murray River, the Pioneer Settlement, the "Pyap" Paddle Steamer and local art and photographic galleries are only within a few minutes drive.

Whatever the reason you come to Swan Hill, you will find your stay with us to be friendly, relaxing and fun!

This Property was the bomb. My 6 yo Husky X loved the garden and the surroundings the next morning when we went for a walk. (He loves the racecourse and the horses). Every convenience has been thought of. Light and airy and clean. Our host was the loveliest person you could come across. Thank you to her for allowing us to stay.

Outstanding property, wonderful hospitality & ridiculously good value! We could not fault Bed of Roses in quality, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, comfort, location & dog-friendly! Our fur baby loved exploring the garden & we appreciated the outdoors, watching the gorgeous sunset as we sipped on wine, confident in the knowledge Dyson (our furbaby) was safe, contained & very content! Host was amazing! Will be returning but next time staying longer! I?d give it 6/5!
