Phillip Island Beach Unit is conveniently located in central Cowes, just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes.

This two bedroom unit is fully self-contained and can sleep up to 6 people. Bedding consists of one queen bed, one double bed and one set of single bunks. There is a well-equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, oven and fridge. The cosy lounge room includes recliner chairs, TV and DVD player. Washing machine and ironing facilities available.

Excellent unit to stay in! Very clean, warm, fresh sheets, towels, TV & DVD player with DVDs to chose from. 2 min walk to the beach & shopping strip. You can also take your Dog! Owner was very easy to communicate with & responded very quickly to messages. Excellent value for money. Loved staying here with my Dog but please note unit is on the 1st floor. There is a space at the back on the ground floor but you obviously have to walk your Dog there to access it i.e not a fenced area as stated in the ad. Notwithstanding this highly recommend & will be back
