About This Listing

A great location to explore the stunning hills, wineries and 15mins from Adelaide. Pet friendly/ family cottage that sleeps up to 6adults located centrally in the pretty village of Bridgewater, with easy access to the freeway.

- LOUNGE ROOM has a new gas log fire...so cosy for these winter nights
- KITCHEN is new and well equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, slow cooking pot
- DINING is off the kitchen and seats 6 plus

For the little one, a booster seat, portable cot, change table, high chair and stair barriers, but please request.

For the furkid/s, blankets, toys and towels.

BACK YARD is secure with terraced lawns and gardens.

French doors open from the lounge area to the patio with patio furniture to enjoy the balmy summer evenings and on the next level a barbecue and outdoor dining setting.

BEDROOMS are all upstairs. The master bedroom is a dream with a bonus parents retreat with lounge, TV and access to the sunny balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and again access to the balcony. The 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds. All new carpets that are soft of the feet and the beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep.

BATHROOM is new with double sinks and a large shower recess...... the 2nd loo is downstairs

FUR KID RULES

Welcome inside but not in the bedrooms. There is a doggy door to back yard. if you are leaving the furkid behind for a few hours...PLEASE allow access to inside the cottage, they settle easier which makes for happy dogs and happy neightbours! Don't forget to pickup the doggy poos. There is a leash free oval is a few minutes walk. Beds, blankets, toys, shampoo and towels supplied

LOCATION
Bridgewater is a pretty leafy village with the cottage centrally located. A few minutes walk takes you to the shops, an amazing playground that borders Cox Creek with barbecue and picnic area, the very family friendly Bridgewater Inn, historic Bridgewater Mill,a leash free oval and scenic walking trails.

The delightful villages of Aldgate and Stirling are 5 minutes drive and the popular tourist village of Hahndorf is 10 minutes away. The area is surrounded by quaint villages and historic pubs, scenic walking tours and lets not forget the starting point for all those amazing vineyards and wine tasting tours. So close and so much to do

Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. The house was perfect for our extended family Christmas. It was lovely to meet the owners who were so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The place was great, comfortable and relaxing, had everything you need. Big backyard for Dylan, my Goldie. Place was quiet and peaceful. Good location- close to Handof which was a great town. Will defiantly be back.

This home was the perfect base for exploring the Adelaide Hills with all the creature comforts and plenty of space for the family and pets. Lovely outdoors areas and picturesque outlook, plus the Bridgewater Inn serves amazing meals just a short walk down the road. There are stairs inside and in the garden.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was dog friendly and had everything we needed. It was close to shops, cafes & lovely walks. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Sensational holiday! Beautiful cottage, with all facilities, perfect for our fur baby especially the back yard. Walking distance to off leash park (SO much socializing & fun!), incredible walking paths, supermarket, brilliant Pub with very yummy food & dog friendly, & the best coffee vendor on the veranda right by the off leash park! Tick tick TICK! We will be back - again & again!! Tnx for an amazing holiday & your hospitality!
