Spanning over three levels there’s space for all to spread out and find the perfect place to unwind. Located on the top level is the master bedroom, with modern ensuite featuring porcelain tiles and neutral stone bench tops, and a private balcony that allows you to relax and watch the waves whilst snuggled up in bed. Two additional bedrooms and a further bathroom are also located on this level.

The middle level of the home is a brilliant living zone with huge stacking doors that open and fill the home with light & breezes. The stunningly furnished home is so spacious with a luxurious leather lounge offering seating for twelve, a generous dining table, state of the art modern kitchen with a marble topped servery bar offering seating for six, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Machine.
The airconditioned lower level has another ensuited bedroom with king sized bed as well as a cool entertainment room with fuzeball table & flat screen TV. There’s also a convertible day bed for added guests or lucky kids.
The wrap around decks enable you to enjoy the full effect of the Northern aspect with all day sun available and retractable remote controlled sun blinds to soothe & cool you down if you need it whilst relaxing on the sunchairs admiring the views. This is the perfect space to enjoy the whale migration during the cooler months.

It's an easy stroll from The White House to the surf club, patrolled beaches, cafes & all of the shopping boutiques on offer at this prime beachfront location. With the Coolum Beach Hotel, Surf Club, restaurants, cafes and parks nearby there is much to keep the family entertained during your holiday.
