About This Listing

Welcome to our gorgeous Knot2far Cottage tucked away in one of the most beautiful and untouched areas on the Gold Coast.
Your cottage is completely separate to our own home and our one other 3 bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage. You will have privacy once you close your gate but you can of course venture onto our large property with your lovely dog to engage in some dog play time with other visiting dogs? There is also plenty of land to walk or run your dog but full supervision is required.
We are only 10 mins drive from the famous Burleigh Heads renown for its laid back lifestyle. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and the beach is probably the most beautiful on the Gold Coast. Dogs are very welcome at many cafes and there is a 2.5K walking path along the beach front . Dogs are also allowed in marked areas on the beach.
If you wish to escape the busy life of The Gold Coast but still love to visit it, then our property is the perfect spot to come.

We were greeted when we arrived and made to feel special and welcome. And inside awaited a basket of goodies. The cottage is well appointed and very very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved lighting the pot belly stove and having the fire. The enclosed garden with two sitting area's and BBQ is delightful and relaxing. And the location of the property is fantastic. PS our 4 year old Toy Poodle named Buddy, thoroughly enjoyed it too.

Fantastic peaceful, relaxing cottage, where Lee and Theo have thought of everything. Loved the little touches including a hamper on arrival, chocolates on the bed, bread and milk in the fridge and lots more. A true pet friendly cottage loved by our Kelpie cross Bonnie. Lee and Theo are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Their dog Jango is an absolute delight and we think Bonnie fell in love with him. Located close to the Golf Coast and the Tweed this cottage ticks all the boxes. Can’t wait to visit again.

Lee and Theo take every opportunity to make their guests and their pets welcome with special touches all throughout our stay (natural soaps, rainwater, coffee, bread and a welcoming bottle of wine). A lovely little place to stay, we were confident in the security of our pets and very comfortable for a few days and our fur babies were allowed to be inside with us - so important. Only suggestion is that the 'run' or enclosed area for pets at the cottage could be larger and contain a grassed area. Other than that, perfect!
