About This Listing
Location, Location, Location - A small home in a first class location directly opposite the surf beach.
High Tide is only ten metres long by six metres wide - so it's small. The living room and kitchen are open plan. A small hallway leads to a bathroom/laundry combo. The bathroom has a shower and vanity (no bath), however there is a baby bath. There is also a washing machine and laundry tub in the bathroom (no dryer). There are 2 bedrooms at the rear of the house; one has a king bed with TV and DVD player. The 2nd bedroom is has a single over double bed.
The rear yard is enclosed and has an outdoor play centre for the children. The front of the house has a carport with an old billiard table, some bikes/trikes and beach toys for the kids. Inside is a 2nd, smaller billiard table (approx. 1.5 metre by 1 metre)
This property is not suitable for groups of no more than 4 adults due to the size of the home.
To access the beach from High tide: you must walk two houses up to the beach access path. This path leads through beach shrubs and there is a long stairway down to the beach. We do not recommend this home for those who are unable to negotiate stairs.
