About This Listing

Batemans Bay Pet Holidays has been welcoming guests for nearly 20 years at our 4 lovely pet friendly holiday homes. However we have just scaled our business down and now have just one great pet friendly home to offer you---Sunpatch @ Tomakin beach, just a 2 minute level stroll to beautiful Tomakin beach and river, off leash pet friendly 24/7. Sunpatch cottage is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully appointed and furnished home, air con, ceiling fans, linen and towels etc etc and obviously securely fenced.

Single level home with a large covered outdoor patio area.

Please contact us anytime to check availability and pricing. Our min stay, due to post covid and Summer time demand, is 7 nights Sat to Sat from Dec right thru to the end of April. Our tariffs are all inclusive, linen and towels etc and of course your pets.

Lovely cottage situated within a short distance of a dog friendly beach. Situated on a reasonable quiet road during the day, and very quiet at night. The layout of the cottage is great, with one big room for kitchen, dining & lounge area, 3 bedrooms on one side, 2 bathrooms, main has the washing machine in it. Then outside a great undercover area with BBQ and outdoor setting. Enclose back yard, great for dogs. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again. Located a short walk from two dog-friendly beaches, and the river inlet, SunPatch Cottage is clean & comfortable with good beds with plenty of storage. Tariff includes linens & towels -- so easy to drive down after the work week & start relaxing. There are plenty of dishes, cookware, glasses, mugs to go around, yea! Kitchen is simple, which means easy to tidy up, same with floor coverings. Large covered area at back was sunny & warm, protected from some early winter winds. Our fur family liked being welcome inside & out, and the good fences. One of them is from western NSW, & not a salty-dog, so he was very happy to dip & lick in the freshwater option of the Tomakin River on our walks. Instructions from Rob & Pauline were clear, on how to find the house, and the keys. Easy peasy. With Mogo, Moruya & BB, just up the road, there's lots to do, then return to this very quiet cottage for walks, naps, relaxing - with nice coffee/cafe across the street.
