Holiday Pooch Snaps Competition
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
- Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
- The Entrant must ensure that their entry photo is posted in the comments of the Holidaying with Dogs Facebook page, they have liked the post and are following either the Holidaying with Dogs Facebook or Holidaying with Dogs Instagram pages. Entries will be deemed accepted once this has been done. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrectly uploaded or late entries.
- The competition commences at 19.00 AEDT on 19/01/2023 and closes at 23.59 AEDT on 27/01/2023 (“Promotional Period”).
- The judging will take place at 11.00 AEDT on 30/01/2023 by a representative of the Promoter at the Holidaying with Dogs Head Office (Melbourne, VIC) to select one winner.
- The winner will be notified via social media direct message on the day of judging and published on the same day (30/01/2023) on the Holidaying with Dogs Facebook and Instagram pages.
- The Winner will receive one of 3 prizes that include a $50.00 Holidaying with Dogs Accommodation voucher to be used to book any accommodation listed on the Holidaying with Dogs website, plus a 2023 Holidaying with Dogs Calendar. The Voucher is for single use and is valid for 12 months from the competition closing date, 30/01/2023. If the total booking fee is less than the value of $50.00 no reimbursements, money back or credit for future bookings can be claimed. If the total booking fee is great then the value of $50.00, the winner is liable to pay the balance of the booking fee.
- If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at an equal or greater value. The winner has no right of recourse should the prize be substituted, whether that substitution results in a prize being offered that is of lesser or greater value.
- The prize is subject to these terms and conditions of Holidaying with Dogs (ABN 816 141 145 73).
- Entrants consent to the Promoter publishing their name and/or associated entry photos on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages. The entries will no be used for any other purpose other than for this competition.
- Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Further, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry is assigned to the Promoter without the payment of any further fee or compensation. To the extent permitted by law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in their entry.
