Blue Gum cottage, 14kms east of Tumut, is nestled by the river in the Goobarragandra Valley. It is a magical holiday destination to relax, destress and recharge your batteries and we’re located approximately halfway between Sydney and Melbourne . The property takes you away from the city and helps you to slow down, relax and enjoy nature at its own pace.
Watch the sheep stroll past, see the cows resting on the nearby hillsides and listen to the sounds of the river whilst relaxing on your private balcony or take your dog for a swim and a run while you stretch your legs and meander along the 2 miles of river bank that borders the property.
In the evening enjoy a BBQ and a magical sunset, watch the stars under crystal clear skies then curl up to sleep to the rippling sounds of the river below.
Blue Gum cottage has a king size bed in the master bedroom with private Ensuite and bath spa, and the second bedroom has two king single beds also with ensuite. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc., separate dining room, lounge room with TV plus Foxtel-Premium Package, DVD, and CD player. Limited Wi-Fi. The property is 4G accessible should you have your own dongle. Full reverse cycle air conditioning and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. You also have a huge enclosed balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the river below plus a fully fenced outdoor area for your pet. Your “Home Away from Home”, in a setting that is mesmerising in its tranquillity and beauty.
