About This Listing
You’ll love my place because of the private and secluded location close to Coolum Beach with a large heated spa set into the deck. This home offers an ultra modern luxurious finish in a quiet leafy street right in the heart of Coolum Beach.
The ultra modern kitchen and spacious bathroom with double shower and double vanities make your stay extremely comfortable. For technology a large LCD TV with netflix, unlimited wifi and blue tooth speakers are provided.
The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ on the deck and comfortable and modern furnishings. Outdoor lounge chairs and coffee table and indoor dining table make self catering a breeze.
The queen bedroom looks out through sliding doors onto the deck and spa area with the living room opened up to the private outdoor space via bi fold doors bringing the outside in.
Guest access
Access is via a pathway in front of 46 Pandanus Avenue. You have your own private access and also rear access to take the shortcut to town and the beach along a grassy path through the heart of Coolum.
Parking is on the street or the grass verge in front of the cottage.
The cottage is unique and not like a hotel room. (No room service, shampoo, conditioner etc.)
Cleaning fees are included in your stay, and there are departure instructions that include asking you to put your linen in the washing machine and emptying rubbish. You don't need to clean, just tidy before you go!
There is hand soap, shower soap and a roll of toilet paper on arrival, but you will need to bring or purchase additional toiletry items during your stay.
1 NIGHT STAYS - We are happy to offer 1 night stays, however, they will incur an additional 20% reservation fee. The fee will be added after your booking request is made and you have accepted the adjusted reservation price.
PETS - You are welcome to bring your pet - a fee of $10 per day or $50 per week applies.
Holidaying with your Dog
We believe owners who take their dogs on holiday are responsible and caring so the following rules are a matter of course. You will find the rules in the Terms and Conditions below.
Our beach houses are ideal for a holiday with your dog for the following reasons:
• The dog walking beach is just a 10-minute stroll away at Stumers Creek. Other dog walking beaches are located at nearby Peregian and Yaroomba Beaches.
• Fully fenced yard in all properties. Grassy rear area for your dog to play in at Tradewinds Avenue and Jones Parade, synthetic grass at Pandanus Holiday Home with grazzy unfenced area front and back. Cassia Avenue Beach Cottage and Pandanus Cottage do not have a fenced grassy area, only a small fenced yard and deck.
• Shady areas for your dog’s comfort.
• Outdoor water hoses and shower to wash down after walks on the beach.
