The perfect relaxing getaway, summer or winter - a truely comfortable cottage, only a short walk to the beach for you and your dog(s)!

Anchorage Cottage is nestled in a garden setting with a well appointed lounge and cosy wood fire (cut redgum supplied) that opens onto a large outside rear deck. Situated in a private and fully fenced tree-shaded garden, this comfortable, pet friendly cottage is just the place to relax and unwind, with the attractions of Phillip Island just on your doorstep.

Although the house is essentially single level, the kitchen and separate dining room is accessed from the front bedrooms via four steps, which then lead via a further two steps to the lounge/sitting room. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fire, flat-screen digital TV, DVD, video, iphone connection and music facilities complete the accommodation package. Books, DVDs, vinyl records and games are all available for your use if you need a break from the numerous outdoor pursuits to be found in the region.

In addition, both TV setups include USB ports that enable you to connect your hard drive or USB stick with your favorite movies or TV shows - perfect for those winter nights!

Note: Bedding, linen and towels, as well as free WiFi are also included for your convenience.

Anchorage Cottage boasts comfortable accommodation that includes a master bedroom with double bed and extra divan, a second double bedroom with double bed and flat screen digital TV with DVD player, and a small bunk-room with two bed bunks. A ready to assemble ‘Porta-cot’ is also available for young children and babies (linen not supplied).

A bathroom with full sized bath and separate shower; a separate toilet; well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, cook-top, pod style coffee machine and two door family sized fridge; a laundry with washing machine; and an outdoor barbeque make this well equipped cottage your home away from home.

This is a lovely cottage with all the amenities you could ask for. The yard is fully fenced and wonderful for dogs. The house is well furnished and very inviting. I will definitely stay here again.

We felt at home as soon as we walked into Anchorage Cottage. It's warm, cozy, clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It was perfect for our pup too. When we weren't at the beach she spent her time playing in the large garden or lying in front of the fire. The location is perfect for walks on nearby Ventnor Beach (on lead in some parts and off lead in others), but it's not far to Cowes - we even walked there a couple of times. I would highly recommend a visit to Phillip Island and a stay at Anchorage Cottage! We will be back!!

The cottage is beautifully set up and so welcoming for humans and pooches. Our dogs loved the garden and enjoyed many trips to the local dog beach. The location is fantastic and we would love to stay again!
