Very welcoming, lovely location and garden, peaceful and warm. Interesting local history to read, games and books.

We loved our 3-day stay at the charming Classic Cottage. It was unseasonably cold and wet when we arrived but the owners had thoughtfully turned on the heating so we were lovely and warm as we settled in. They had thought of everything from the well-equipped kitchen, including dog bowls, to the comfortable bed and fluffy towels. Our beautiful dog, Laddie, had a great time, especially when stretched out in front of the wood fire. The cottage is in a terrific location; a short walk from the Lavender Farm, a 5-minute drive to the Port Arthur historic site, which is also dog-friendly, and in close proximity to Stewart's Bay, Fortescue Bay, White Beach, Nubeena, and the Coal Mines Historic Site. I highly recommend this cottage if you want to take a relaxing holiday with your beloved fur baby. Thanks so much Denis and Raquel.
