South Coast Retreat offers high quality accommodation at a value conscious price. We have been awarded Certificates of Excellence by TripAdvisor as well as a Platinum Award for implementing eco-friendly initiatives at the highest level.

The Waterfront Three Bedroom House is elevated with 3 bedrooms, a three way bathroom and an en-suite. The living area has jaw dropping wrap around water views to the north and east as well as large front and rear decks. There are 2 bathrooms (including a spa), a double garage and an enclosed rear yard. The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and it's own waterfront private deck, the second bedroom has a queen bed and water views and the third bedroom has one single bunk bed as well as a single bed and single trundle.

The clever design means you can retreat to your own quiet spot (the master bedroom has its own private verandah overlooking the water), or hang out and get social on the lounge.

Dogs are welcome inside and out, all year round, just not in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Pet or no pet you will find your accommodation spotlessly clean. Note also, the house is now completely fenced.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival (or 28 days in the case of a long term or group booking or for stays during school holidays or long weekends).
- The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 7 days of arrival (or 28 days in the case of a long term or group booking or for stays during school holidays or long weekends), do not show on the day of scheduled arrival, or depart earlier than the scheduled day of departure. When accommodation is resold for the same period a refund will be issued up to the same resold value but not exceeding the original guest’s charge.
- If a stay is affected by government-issued travel restrictions the guest can cancel anytime free of charge the full stay (or if already staying, the remaining portion of the stay).

General Terms and Conditions
You agree:
- Not to make unreasonable noise at any time, particularly after 10pm
- To practice NSW Health's requirements of 1.5m physical distancing and personal hygiene including a maximum or 2 people (and use of the hand sanitiser) in the shared laundry and a maximum of 10 people around each firepit. Surveillance cameras are in use.
- If you become unwell with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 to immediately get tested and stay in your accommodation or return to your home until you have received the test result
- External visitors are allowed during daylight hours only and subject to capacity limits of one person per 4 square metres
- Up to 2 dogs are welcome in each cabin, safari tent or house but not in bedrooms. Restricted breed dogs; dogs declared dangerous or menacing; or nuisance dogs are not permitted
- Dogs must be under control and well-behaved, are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms and may not be left unattended at any time. Dog are not to be fed or given water inside accommodation and must be cleaned up after
- Failure to meet any of the above may result in your stay being terminated and payment taken for the full booking
- Accommodation must be left clean, tidy and vacated by 10am on the day of departure
- No refunds for early departures
- Any charge for services to you, or any damage, extra cleaning or loss to our accommodation or equipment at South Coast Retreat for which you are responsible, that are not billed at the time of your departure may be charged to the same credit card used to pay your account or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account

The house is great with the most amazing water views. It has everything you could possibly need. It would be perfect if you didn?t have a dog. But we chose this place so we could bring our little dog. However it is not fenced , so your dog cannot be outside without you. Also you are asked not to leave your dog unattended. So your dog has to go everywhere with you. This really restricts what you can do.....basically it?s just walks and dog friendly cafes.

OMG this place is fantastic. We had a fantastic 5 day stay and didn’t want to leave. Our family had a great time but I can honestly say our dog had the best time. The close proximity to the water and a beautiful walk was a real plus for us. The house is well set out and had everything we needed. The spare fridge downstairs is awesome too. We didn’t have great weather but it wasn’t an issue. We still did everything we wanted to. It is a nice quiet spot however it does get a lot of boating/fishing traffic. On a perfect Summers day I am sure it would be really busy. Thanks Simon for a great holiday. One our family will not forget, particularly our four legged family member :)
