31 Pride Street can sleep up to 12 comfortably, and is perfect for more than one family.
There is off street parking for up to 5 cars. Once you arrive at Pride Street, you wont need your car again. Everything is walking distance.
The house itself is situated on one of the largest blocks in old Torquay, with a massive backyard perfect for a game of backyard cricket. The back yard also has a cubbyhouse, swings and a trampoline making it every child’s dream back yard. The front and back yards are fully fenced, making the house secure for pets.
Inside the home you will find two very comfortable and well furnished living areas, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a laundry with a washer and dryer.
