This truly is a holiday home where you can relax and snuggle in like a local .... Saltwater Cottage is located right where Rye begins, walking distance to everything.

Your nightly rate includes Bed linens for guest numbers as booked ((bath towels can be added for $15pp) - All beds and bedding are new, all underlays and pillow protectors are anti-allergenic.

Relax on one of the two the cottage decks or retreat to watch TV in your are plenty of spaces for the whole group.

Split system A/C, ducted heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, NutriBullet, Nespresso machine etc. All the pantry items provided should ensure you only need to pack the fun stuff for your getaway.

Large lounge area with top quality entertainment system, separate dining area and French Oak table that seats 8 and enough crockery and cutlery to set the whole table.

Whether it be summer or winter you will find it relaxing and peaceful, the area has plenty to do, or just go for walks on the beach you can do as little as you like or take on the many attractions in the area. Cafes, Restaurant, Pub, and shops are all in waking distance there is no need to get in your car!

But if you do ......... Peninsula Hot Springs is just up the road, why not book in for the day? Or if you enjoy your wine, there are some of the best wineries around not forgetting places like Herons wood where not only you can enjoy the gardens, take a course or just simply have an organic lunch.

Our Red Heeler, Chilli and JRT, Tigger are our pampered fur family and have put the houses through the paces for both small and large pups to ensure its comfy and enjoyable for your fur babies. I love to host guests who love their pups as much as we do....and look forward to hearing all about their beach adventures.........

No holiday is a true holiday without the furry family members being invited along and welcomed properly!

Your fur babies are more than welcome indoors and out (and we have a lovely medium doggy doors so they have the freedom to soak up sunny deck moments before snuggling back in at their leisure) ……with plenty of sniffling, snuffling, exploring opportunities in our fully fenced cottage garden, plus Rye's gorgeous off lead dog beach only a few blocks away to frolic in all year long, we are sure they will be very well behaved and enjoy curling up inside at the end of the day, just like they would at home.

We don't stress the small stuff, a collection of toys are for sharing, and can be chomped on to their hearts content - note: we don't include dog beds but these can be easily provided if needed, just ask!

We ask that you put blankies on any couches to avoid muddy paw prints and "wet beach tush" moments as its hard to prepare house for next guests with any stains on furniture without it becoming expensive to call dry cleaners in (don't stress about any loose hairs, we take care of that)......snuggle them into your doona if they love being with you all night long (bedding is changed over every stay, so enjoy every comfy moment)....we firmly believe life is better with puppy kisses every morning!

You know the check out drill… clean up any "oopsy moments" indoors, tell me if something needs to be replaced or if some stains occurred that need special treatment BEFORE you go, pick up ALL poop before you leave (nobody likes those nuggets left behind and our cleaners cant patrol the gardens fully) – but most importantly, treat our house like your house, and enjoy!
