About This Listing

A cosy family & pet friendly 3 bedroom beach house. Walk to beach & Cowes town centre. Kids' playground and playroom on premises. Short drive to dog beach, boat ramp and all tourist attractions. Linen/towels included in price. Free parking, no cleaning fee & great location!

This Phillip Island accommodation is a cosy 3 bedroom, fully fenced family and pet friendly beach house, just 500 meters from the beach and 1.2 kms from the Cowes Town Centre.
The Andersons Rd boat ramp and cafe is a 2min drive, 5 min walk to general store. Just 12 km from Phillip Island Penguin Parade, 6 km from the Grand Prix circuit, short drive from the Ventnor off leash dog beach (off leash times vary throughout the year) and other major attractions of Phillip Island.

House consists of:
-Bedroom 1 - queen bed
-Bedroom 2 (kids' retreat) - a tribunk (double bed with a single on top), TV, DVD, drawing table and plenty of toys for kids to be occupied with.
-Bedroom 3 - queen bed
-1 Bathroom with seperate shower and bath. Seperate toilet.

-Laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use. Dryer is located in the garage.

- Living area is open and spacious with 2 large couches (one is a sofa bed) and 2 arm chairs, TV, DVD player and stereo, making relaxing and chatting with family or friends easy and comfortable.

-Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, pots, pans and utensils if you wish to cook or just make coffee in the coffee machine. Toaster and kettle also provided.

- Split system heating/cooling in living area and wall heater in corridor. Panel heater in each bedroom. Pedestal fan in each bedroom for the hotter months.

- Outdoors rinse the kids off after the beach under the outdoor shower and then keep them entertained with a kids' swing set, cubby house and sand pit in the back yard.

-Garage - contains a ping pong table, dart board and a small, portable kids' pool for extra fun as well as sun beds to soak up that glorious sunshine!

For your convenience, we provide linen, doonas, covers and bath towels at no extra cost. Please bring your own cot sheets if using the provided baby portacot.

Your pooch has a dog bed and bowls provided too - if you choose to bring your furry friend along (by prior arrangement).

Please note: we usually have a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, during peak periods it is a 7 night minimum stay, other times negotiable. Prices and availability subject to change at any time. Discounts for stays over 1 week available, conditions apply.

*** We rent out 2 properties on the island, our second is Pebbles Beach Retreat. They can be booked out together for larger groups. 2km apart from each other. Both walking distance to the beach and a short drive from town.

The Nautical Mile Beach house is very family friendly with secure fencing and plenty of outdoor play space and equipment. The house is light, and spacious with all you need for a perfect beach holiday, equipped with TV'S comfortable couches, DVD's CD's to name a few. The house is also very clean and inviting.

We had a fantastic time here over Christmas, the property was clean and tidy, very spacious inside and out. Located in a quiet residential area yet close to all amenities including the beach which is around 5mins walk. Doggy loved the spacious gardens and was totally safe and secure. Do not hesitate this is a great place on a beautiful island.
