The balcony door and bedroom window allow fresh air into the apartment when you want it.
(Note from the owner: I loved living in this apartment in this great location. It is so spacious and light-filled with great views over the bay and the Westgate Bridge (especially at night), and the downstairs gym and pool are so handy. You are in the middle of a terrific café precinct where it is so easy to make new friends, and the beach and the shops are literally two minutes walk away at most).
