As a cute comfy surf shack perched in a magnificent location on the sand dunes of Culburra Beach, The Beach House is perfect for surfers, families, groups and dog lovers alike. Heralding grandstand ocean views where dolphins and whales frequently frolic, The Beach House is the perfect gateway to southcoast and Jarvis Bay adventures and well suited to surfers keen to sample the waves that made Owen, Tyler and Mikey Wright Australian Champions.

Situated on the south coast of New South Whales, Culburra Beach is only two and a half hours from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra, and just 20 mins from Nowra. Set in a quiet residential area around the corner from a skate bowl, playgrounds, boutique cafes, shops and Woolworths with private access to the off leash dog beach of Culburra.

The house is perfectly equipped and beautifully presented to handle all your holiday needs, just walk in unpack and relax. The ability to be at the house and see the kids on their boogie boards at the beach was superb. The backyard was a great size to accommodate all our backyard cricketing and relaxing requirements. Many times we were able to look out the window and watch the dolphins swim past, a thing only possible with a breach front house. I can totally recommend to anyone that a stay at the Beach House makes for a great holiday. Also pay a visit to the Culburra butcher for some great BBQ meat!" - John

Perfect location - close to everything in town for food, booze etc... The beach is literally on your front porch (well maybe a few steps away) Beautifully clean house with lovely bed linen... Super quiet neighbours.. all we could hear all weekend was the sound of waves lapping at the shore. Have come back to Sydney completely refreshed and relaxed.. Would highly recommend this location - we will definitely be re-booking soon.

Place was very clean and had everything we needed. View was stunning. Great grassed and fenced yard with a gate right to the beach! Definitely staying again.

What an amazing location! The view is stunning waking up in the main bedroom to an ocean view - wow! What a lucky owner to have secured this spot. The yard is completely fenced although, if you have big dogs they may be able to jump the fence at the back to the beach (my GSD cross was able to but she didn't without my instruction, of course) the house is great for any number of people (up to 6 adults and a few kids). Highly recommend.

The beach house although dated is quite lovely. Right on the beach and a short drive to the shops makes the location ideal. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. It has all the appliances you need also loads of cutlery, China and glassware. Also there was a pantry with a good amount of condiments, spices and oils. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is top class. The sun deck is lovely. The games provided came in handy. The weather we had was far from perfect so we were indoors a bit. Thankfully there was Netflix and Foxtel for our indoor entertainment.
