Great place for fishing and crabbing!

Neat and tidy, in a quiet location, short walk to the beach and close to Ardrossan. Big yard for dogs and undercover areas at front and back to sit and soak in the fresh air and relax.

Dogs had a wonderful time. Property was clean and tidy although a little dated. Had every thing we needed except a broom. Overall, can highly recommend it.

Our family and dog loved the house and beach. Very comfortable clean and neat. Quiet location. All the facilities we needed. Great for crabbing. Will stay there again.

A very clean and well maintained property that was extremely fur baby friendly. We both felt comfortable knowing our babies were safe when we went out. Very peaceful area and the soft serve can in the street on a super hot day was a lovely surprise!!

Ebbtide has everything you could want, plus more! Location is perfect if you are looking to enjoy the peace and quiet but be close to the beach! The property is equipped with everything, which means you really only need to bring yourself, your pet and your food/drink! We purchased a linen package and although We weren’t provided sheets for one bed, Jane was so quick and responsive that the cleaner was out to us within half an hour! We will definitely be back for sure!

My husband and I loved it. Close to beach ( fur babies lived it) so many lovely drives to take. So quiet and relaxing.

Communication with owner was terrific. The property is set up well for dogs and we felt really comfortable staying with our dog. He could come and go from the house to the enclosed back yard. The beach was deserted when we were there and had lovely walks with our dog. Thanks for a lovely short break - we'll be back.

The property was very clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We chose to hire linen which also made packing the car a lot easier. The property is very dog friendly with a big yard and an enclosed veranda out the back with comfy couches that dogs and humans can use. If you have a medium to large size dog that likes to jump then I?d say this property may not suit as the back yard fencing is very low. Our girls are medium sized, but thankfully didn?t try to jump the fences during our stay! The property is close enough to the beach and they even have some crabbing rakes and buckets you can use to try your luck at catching some crabs. There is a fish/crab cleaning station out the back as well. The property is also very close to Ardossan which is great if you need supplies, take away or just want to explore further. Although we were unlucky and got cold windy days for our entire trip we had a great time. We were all very comfortable in the

Jane was fantastic to deal with and her property was great! It was a little older but value for money. Located in the back streets meant it was nice and quiet. A lovely stroll to the beach and a great walking track all the way to Ardrossan (and further). Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots etc. We didn't really need anything extra. The only suggestion would be a spot light for the back yard. We had a lovely relaxing time, thanks again Jane!

Very comfortable property with everything we needed. Walk the Yorke to Ardrossan - an easy 3 km with stunning views of the ocean. Our 2 dogs enjoyed being able to come too. We plan to return.

Very comfortable, well set up house

Nice relaxing spot just what we needed to unwind and even our Charlie enjoyed running around. Great if you're into fishing but we just wanted to chill out and it worked out well.

This was a great, quiet location, close to the beach and Ardrossan and well set up for us as a family especially with a dog.
