DescriptionThe circa1840 Globe Hotel, now our home, has been restored with a modern suite & expansive gardens. The dining room is heritage listed, with rugged brick walls and 14ft ceilings. We only accommodate one couple at a time, so your pet is welcome to join you for breakfast. The suite has polished timber floors, queen bed, fold away single bed and ample storage. The large ensuite, with bath & shower, overlooks a peaceful waterfall & goldfish pond. We provide quality shampoo/conditioners, bubble bath & dove soap. The lounge has a comfortable leather couch, doggy bed, TV with DVD player & large choice of dvd's. R/C air-con, fridge, tea making facilities complete this delightful suite. Enjoy your private garden with large shade trees, have a Devonshire tea, with your pet running free. We also provide a modern BBQ, comfortable lounging chairs & table for your enjoyment. Let us organise a winery tour with over 20 wineries in the Rutherglen region. Save yourself the trouble of being that little bit over and let someone else do the driving. Choose from a mercedes benz 280SE stretch limo, mini bus, or air-con coach. Maybe visit the whisky and chocolate factory. For the energetic, hire a bike, play a round of golf or enjoy the many walking tracks. We will babysit your pet whilst you discover the riches of our region. DEVONSHIRE TEAS - Our Devonshire teas are legendary with fresh hot scones and homemade strawberry jam,served with a pot of English breakfast tea. $16 per couple.
